Permit, utility and application fees — charged separately.
Sales tax and financing / lender fees. The monthly illustration shows financing charges separately from the installed estimate.
Main-panel or utility-service upgrades, repairs to existing equipment, or removal / relocation of existing solar or batteries.
Trenching, unusually long wire / conduit runs, nonstandard mounting, structural work or other site work beyond standard installation.
New solar panels, generator supply or generator integration.

A distance adder may apply to any quote. Any applicable travel charge will be explained before you approve the work.

Final equipment, existing-inverter compatibility, backup circuits, placement and any site-specific charges are confirmed in your proposal before work is approved.

Additional Powerwall 3 units use the current $10,000 preliminary allowance per unit; confirmed in your proposal.

Expansion packs add storage, not another battery inverter. Nameplate storage is not a promise of outage runtime. No incentives or savings deducted.
